The Meaning of Sukhojai In the Thai language, Sukhothai (Sukha + Udaya or Sukha + Tai) translates to "The Dawn of Happiness." or "The Happiness of people" Inspired by our hometown's beautiful name, we named our business Sukhojai, which simply means "A Happy Heart."

That is exactly what we want you to take home with you after visiting our ancient city.

We are a fully licensed, locally owned travel business based right here in Mueang Kao (Old Sukhothai). We didn't just open a tour company; we grew up in the shadows of these magnificent stupas.

To us, the Sukhothai Historical Park isn't just a tourist attraction—it is our backyard, our heritage, and our passion.
